Why cleaning companies switch to LimeFlo
LimeFlo is built for cleaning companies that work for many clients at once — vacation-rental turnovers for several property managers, homes and offices on the same board. Here is exactly what is different, and where another tool may still suit you better.
1. One price for the whole company
$79 a month for every cleaner, office person and admin. Software that charges per user bills you for every seasonal hire, and for last month's leavers who still have a login.
Owner + 10 cleaners: LimeFlo $79 · Jobber $228 · ZenMaid ≈ $289 · Housecall Pro $434 a month.
2. A room is done when it is photographed
Every room has the photos it needs, named — "shower glass", "bed made". The clean is not finished until they are taken. Arrival inspections and damage photos carry the time and place.
When a property manager disputes a clean, you answer with the photo of that room, not with a ticked box.
3. Hours you can defend
Clock-in and clock-out record where the phone was. Every time shows how it was taken: at the property, somewhere else, no location, or set by the office. An office correction keeps who made it, why, and the time it replaced.
Payroll questions and wage disputes get an answer from the record, not from memory.
4. Made for turnovers and many clients
Each job knows when the guests leave and when the next ones arrive. Each client has its own rules and supplies, each property its own rooms. Booking emails from property-management systems become cleans waiting for your yes.
Today: Hospitable emails. Coming: your own LimeFlo inbox address, and Turno, Breezeway, Guesty and Streamline emails.
5. Contractors handled properly
Send a job at a fixed price or ask for bids. The agreement, certificate of insurance and W-9 are tracked, and the office sees what is missing. A contractor sees the job, never the client's name or contact details.
Their jobs are reported apart from employee hours, which is what your accountant asks for at year end.
6. Your crew, in their language
The crew app speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese, on iPhone, Android and in the browser. And your records are yours: export everything, any time, no contract.
Month to month, no setup fee, first 30 days free.
